Rates for the Journal are:

• $35.00 for regular subscription. (two issues per volume (each year)), scheduled for publication in July and December.
• $90.00 for an institutional subscription (for libraries, organizations, groups).

Foreign Rates:

• $45.00 for individuals residing in Canada or Mexico.
• $58.00 for foreign subscription.
• $95.00 for foreign institution subscription (for libraries, organizations, groups) in Mexico and Canada;
• $100.00 for other foreign institutions.
